[질문]  바이요요 취소된상품 어떻게 해야하나요??

바이요요에서 구입했는데

물품 몇개가 품절이라 나머지만 배송되고

메일이 왔는데

Your order has been shipped. Please keep this e-mail for your records until your order has been received in full.

Please notice that if you have any "Cancelled" item in your order, due to out of stock. If yes, we would like to refund the charged amount for that item(s) added with the compensation to your shipping charge.

If you pay with offline payment, the amount will be refunded with bonus points instantly.

이렇게 왔습니다. 크레딧카드로 취소원하면 어디서 선택을 하는지 알고있으신분 있으신가요?

어딜가도 요요캐쉬랑 크래딧카드중 뭘로 환불받을지 선택하는 곳이 없는듯한데요...
