that you still have not received your order is also unsatisfactory for us.
Due to the 40-day return period specified by our shipping service provider, my hands are currently still tied when it comes to investigating your shipment.
Books/goods shipments are also sent without a shipment ID.
If we receive your order within the return period, we will notify you directly.

얼추 알겠는데 정확한 의미하는 바를 몰라서 질문드립니다.
40일 넘게 물건이 도착하지 않아서 아마존 셀러한테 문의하니 답이 오더군요.

일단 자기네들이 직접 화물 추적은 힘들고 혹시나 리턴가능기간안에 물건을 받게되면 우리한테 다시연락달라네요.. 정확히 자기네들이 어떤조치를 취해준다는언급은없네요
